2007-11-22 Lifestyle/Scene-Rick Kushman: T-Day TV is filling, but calorie-freeA reminder that were still in the midst of November sweeps, so lots of prime-time network TV will be new episodes tonight and on Thanksgiving. That includes TVs top two dramas, CBS "CSI" (at 8 Thursday on Channel 13) and ABCs "Greys Anatomy" (9 Thursday on Channel 10). CBSs "Survivor," however, is a clip show. Speaking of the run and all its related fun, I wrote last week that the generous owners of the restaurants Lucca and Roxy, who support the race and the food bank big-time, are hosting a free post-race brunch at Roxy from 9:30 to 11 a. m. for anyone who runs the race. I was thinking they have an infinite-size building. Actually, the fire marshal gets cranky if they have more than 250 people, so the brunch is for the first 250 folks with race shirts, and for the restaurants team members. Still, its a nice thing theyre doing. ) Sacramento Bee -- Rick Kushman: T-Day TV is filling, but calorie-free Use your television as a sitter for visiting relatives and friends: Thanksgiving is upon us and, without getting too schmaltzy, it is, of course, a time to give thanks for many, many things, including the luxury of having TV on Thanksgiving to distract all the visiting family and friends.
